Export your data
Updated 19 October 2026
You can download a copy of what KYNYTYX holds about you, as a file you can keep, open in a spreadsheet, or hand to someone else. This page says where, in which formats, and what the file includes and leaves out.
Where to find it
In the web app, open Profile, then the Data tab. Under "Export your data" there are three buttons: Export JSON, Export CSV and Export PDF. Pick one and the file downloads. While it is being prepared the page says "Preparing your export".
The three formats
- JSON is one file with every part of the export, and every value is kept as it is. It is the one to pick if another program will read it.
- CSV is a set of tables, one for each part of your data, which a spreadsheet can open. A cell that would start with
=,+,-or@is written with a leading apostrophe, so a spreadsheet shows it as text and does not run it as a formula. - PDF is the same tables laid out to read and print. A value with characters the PDF cannot draw is marked with a note saying so, and the CSV and JSON files carry that value in full.
What the file includes
- Your account and profile details, and your notification preferences.
- Doses, rituals and ritual logs, blood tests, health metrics and body composition, goals, and medical conditions.
- Cycle settings and periods, and your daily cycle entries for the last 90 days.
- Your sign-in history (the last 500 entries) and your activity log (the last 1,000).
- Your Course record, for example the medications in your pillbox, symptoms and wellbeing scores, lab results, allergies, questions and answers, people and places, visits, regimens and recordings, and the documents Course read from (their names and sizes, not the files).
Each part is its own table, and the Course tables carry the prefix "Course" in the title.
What it leaves out
- Values software read from your documents that you have not confirmed. They are not part of your record, and the Course part of the export says so.
- The files themselves. Photos, recordings and scanned documents are not embedded. Each row that refers to one carries the key it is stored under, so you can see which file it points to.
- Anything older than the limits above: cycle entries before the last 90 days, sign-in history beyond 500 entries, and the activity log beyond 1,000.
If you need something that is not in the export, ask. Privacy and data requests says where.
A snapshot
The file is made when you press the button, so it shows your data at that moment. Export again after you add or change something.
Where this comes from
This page was checked against the export code and the Profile screen as released in version 2.61.0, on 19 October 2026. If the export changes, this page is updated with it.
